Every EU supplier is now being asked for carbon data by their largest clients. CSRD makes it mandatory — but the traditional route costs €8,000 and takes 6 weeks with a consultant. DeCarbonOPS replaces that with a 20-minute self-service form. Answer guided questions about energy, fuel, travel and waste. We apply DEFRA 2023 emission factors + GHG Protocol methodology automatically — then generate a verified Carbon Passport with a permanent shareable URL. Free forever.

I built DeCarbonOPS because most carbon reporting software is designed for the company asking the questions—not the supplier expected to answer them.
Platforms like Watershed, Sweep, and Persefoni are powerful, but they're built for large enterprises with dedicated sustainability teams, long implementation cycles, and significant budgets.
The problem is that CSRD doesn't stop at large companies.
When a large manufacturer needs to report Scope 3 emissions, the request flows down the supply chain. Suddenly, thousands of SMEs are being asked for carbon data:
• A logistics company in Portugal
• A family-owned manufacturer in Poland
• A packaging supplier in Ireland
Most of them don't have sustainability specialists. Many have never calculated emissions before.
Yet they're still expected to provide credible data.
That's why we built DeCarbonOPS.
Instead of hiring consultants or learning complex carbon accounting frameworks, suppliers answer a guided set of questions using information they already have—electricity bills, fuel usage, business travel, waste, and utility data.
DeCarbonOPS automatically applies recognized emissions methodologies and generates a Carbon Passport: a shareable profile that can be sent to customers, attached to tenders, or used in supplier compliance workflows.
No consultants.
No lengthy onboarding.
No sustainability expertise required.
Just a practical starting point for companies being asked for carbon data for the first time.
Hundreds of thousands of suppliers across Europe are facing this challenge. Our goal is to make compliance accessible before it becomes a barrier to winning and retaining business.
If you work in procurement, supply chain, sustainability, or B2B software, I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback.
