Ask one AI and it usually agrees with you. Debate Bots puts two rival models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) on your decision. They poke holes in each other's reasoning, ask you pointed questions, then hand you one plan they both back.
When the stakes are real, you don't need validation; you need an adversary actively trying to break your assumptions before reality does.
I built DebateBots to automate structured adversarial critique as we were building a SaaS app earlier this year that has taken off for us:
Opposing models: Pit rival frontier models against each other (e.g., Gemini vs. GPT, or Claude vs. GPT). Model A attacks implicit assumptions and edge cases; Model B defends upside and execution feasibility.
Human in the loop: When the bots hit a factual gap they can't infer (runway, risk tolerance, hard deadlines), they pause to ask you directly before continuing.
Consensus artifact: After 2–5 rounds, they produce a prioritized, actionable spec detailing what survived scrutiny, what was rejected, and why.
What feedback would help most:
Model pairing dynamics: Which model matchups (e.g., Gemini + GPT vs. Claude + GPT) feel sharpest for your types of decisions?
Persona & mandate controls: What specific lenses or contrarian angles (e.g., security auditor, ruthless CFO, speed-to-market advocate) would you want the bots to adopt?
The synthesis output: Does the final consensus artifact give you what you need to take action or share with stakeholders?
