I started up a SaaS business 23 years ago that serves the nonprofit and government sectors. We've never taken in investors or taken on debt; it's been the slow-and-steady wins the race formula, yielding 95% - 100% annual client retention for each of the past 10 years. As the company matures, we've been building an R&D division that is developing a number of products and services within and outside of the social impact and government sectors. We'll be releasing some of them here and can't wait to learn from the community! When I'm not building, you can find me in a heated pilates class, on a hikding trail, on a paddleboard, dancing with my daughter at a concert, or being the guy in the family who makes sure the house stays more-or-less clean-ish.
