Coming from a background in real estate and now building software, I wanted something that could actually match how people evaluate deals in the real world — quickly, flexibly, and without sacrificing depth. Hello alex, nice to see you built this real estate app. However the words are too hard to understand what is IRR, DSCR or etc. Maybe if there is AI-chatbot to help how to understand the words in more easier way for users to operate it then it will be more useful for super real estate beginners! Or instruction chatbot AI to instruct new users or beginners like me to understand the process step by step. In my personal opinion, this app is cool to find the adequate price for real estate.
