Why I built Date Duet? I’m a AAA game developer who recently started exploring frontend development and AI. After moving to a new city with my partner, we kept facing the same question: "What should we do tonight?" I built Date Duet to solve that—first for us, then for others. What makes it different? Date Duet isn’t a static list of ideas. It’s: 1. Real-time and collaborative—both people join a room and vote together. 2. Powered by AI and real venue data from Google Places 3. No sign-up, no app download—just a lightweight, fast experience What I’m proud of: I built the MVP in 3 weeks while learning new tools. It creates personalized, location-aware date ideas that feel thoughtful and fresh. Most of all, it’s something we’ve actually used and loved.
