Understanding feedback is critical to build great products. Not only it helps figure out what to ship but it’s also the best way to develop product sense and build loyalty with users. Yet feedback tends to be scattered in many different places and product teams don’t have time to deal with this mess. Enter Cycle. Been a big fan of Cycle since beginning to use it at Lazy. It's a real gamechanger for capturing feedback and contextualising it in such a way that it can make a real difference to product for the better. Very excited to check out the new AI features, should make capturing feedback even faster. Especially appreciate the extra detail to make it clear what insights are AI-generated 🙌
