Lindsey and David here – we are building CurbCue to stop street cleaning tickets in San Francisco. Yes, in 2025 this is still a problem. We’ve lived in San Francisco for 9 years. So why now? Because we both lost our job recently. And suddenly, $300 in 3 months in street cleaning tickets wasn’t just painful—it was threatening. We tried setting alarms. Calendar events. App reminders. That worked from time to time. If we remember to set it. But once you move your car early… you have to remember to reset everything again. And that’s when we’d forget again. Neighbors had other hacks. Recurring alarms that ring regardlessly. Even night rituals called WHERE IS CAR. It all felt… exhausting. Like adding more load to an already overwhelmed brain. What we wanted was simple. A system that just knows. That only speaks when it needs to. That protects our peace of mind. We wanted less chaos. Fewer things to remember. One less worry in our head. That’s why We are building this. Because we need this. And maybe you do too.
