Cons:

the bounce rate is north of 20%, database purchase May 2019 however when I purchased the database they said the bounce was less than 1%.

Hello Van, We use ZeroBounce.Net for email validation - Actually Zerobounce.net separate the database with 3 segments - 1) Valid 2) Invalid 3) Unknown When you send the "Valid" segment emails - They give guarantee of 98% accuracy. If you are getting, 20% bounce rate. It means you are sending it without filtering. Can you double check it?
