Creatify has the ability to create several high-quality ads which are able to convert on Meta and TikTok Ads. The avatar's realism coupled with the unified voice speed and clarity makes the ads much more realistic.

What needs improvement

Creatify may improve their product by clearly defining how many credits are to be used, and integrate all of their tools on the main dashboard.

I chose Certify over Arcade simply due to the fact that Creatify is cheaper than Arcads, which is best for entrepreneurs who have low start-up capital.

Creatify.ai has helped our production team grow by being able to take on more marketing clients and provide better creatives and campaign options faster than ever.

Our team has been using this for a few weeks now and it continues to be a great asset on a daily basis. The Ad-Flow UI is intuitive, really like the ability to create multiple assets in the same Drag-and Drop interface.

The pricing is fair, and the support team is great! I'd highly recommend it for small creative teams that want an innovative edge to help produce high quality assets and ads.

What needs improvement

Only found one thing feature to resize ads confusing, but worked with support to create a ticket for a UX feature enhancement.

vs Alternatives

We looked at a lot of competitors before engaging with Creatify.ai and so far we are really enjoying the benefits of choosing a really awesome platform.

The free plan is a bit limited. It would be great if more templates, exports, or AI credits were included so users can explore the platform better before upgrading.

vs Alternatives

I also looked at HeyGen and Synthesia, but I chose Creatify because it was easier to use, faster to create ad videos, and offered good value for the price.

As a designer, I use this platform to create beautiful interior scenes where I can feature my products. I could do photoshoots from time to time, but they wouldn’t deliver the same kind of versatility that I can achieve with Creatify. I’m especially impressed by the level of creative detail, along with the mood, lighting, and overall look and feel.

What needs improvement

So far I am exceptionally pleased with everything and don't have any improvements to suggest. This is not to say that I didn't have questions for the customer support team because I did. However, each and every time I have reached out to them, I received a near-immediate response and a solution.

I like the interface. It was and is extremely user friendly.

What's great

It was super easy to get started and produced a production ready UGC video right from the start. One prompt and it was ready to roll! Honestly, I couldn't tell that the actor was AI generated. It's amazing how far the technology has come.

What needs improvement

If they had a mobile app, that would be amazing! The desktop features are definitely helpful, but doing it on the go would be a really nice feature.

A real time-saver, with a great balance of simplicity and options. Time is of the essence and very valuable, and this helps by reducing the learning curve and letting me get up to speed quickly.

What needs improvement

It would be great if there were more of a preview before credits get used. Like with most AI tools, knowing how to prompt is critical, so it would really help to have some kind of prompt enhancer—or even an AI that helps refine the prompt itself :)

Based on the ads I've seen and it was suggested by one of my main AI platforms (Perplexity) as the tool to use for my ad. creation and marketing efforts.

One thing that really stood out to me was their customer support. I had an issue while testing one of their newer AI features, and the support team responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and even refunded my credits. That level of customer care is rare.

A better understanding of how the credits are used. I used all 100 credits and still did not have a complete video so I learned a hard lesson and did not realize I was using the agent which consumes a lot of credits

Deceptive Payment Practices & Poor Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with Creatify. Their payment system is incredibly deceptive—I accidentally purchased a full-year membership when I intended to sign up for a monthly plan. When I reached out to their support team to request a refund or even switch my membership to a monthly plan, they refused to offer any resolution. Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request shows a complete lack of customer care. The sales page is misleading, making it easy for users to unknowingly commit to long-term subscriptions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when signing up, as their policies seem designed to trap customers rather than provide a fair and transparent service. Would not recommend.

They are no less than a fraud! I paid their monthly business subscription, and immediately after paying, they rejected my first rendered ad video I made for our legitimate health care business. I reached out to their support team (Anna), and she said my videos violated their policy because they don't allow any company to render ads related to health or wellness. But that wasn't mentioned upon signup and payment. So, it means I now have to pay for the service that I am not allowed to use. When I asked for a refund, they simply refused, citing their no refund policy that was not even there when I signed up. They even had the guts to tell me I should have gone through their fine print first which was not there during signup. They have a very grey policy in order to help scam customers, and I highly advise against anyone from using this service.
