I really enjoyed the Creatify platform because it is really easy to create videos, it also helps autogenerate scripts, but you can also very easily add your own specific one. It very easily adds the captions and voice over, and there is a lot of different choices of avatars.

I also very much enjoyed that their customer support is extremely proactive and helpful! I would recommend for any small business owner who wants to easily launch reel ads!

What needs improvement

It has certain features which can use up a lot of credits, and last time there was not enough of a notification when the credits would be used, but I am sure that they will work on it soon since we discussed it with customer support!

because it has an amazing control of the bulgarian language, and easily creates captions in cyrillic as well!

What's great

Creatify makes it easy to turn product ideas into polished videos without needing advanced video editing skills. I especially like the variety of AI tools and customization options. I’m still learning everything the platform can do, but it has already helped me create product videos much faster than I could starting from scratch.

What needs improvement

I would like to see more control over individual video scenes after a video is generated. Making it easier to replace, edit, or adjust specific scenes without having to regenerate the entire video would make the platform even more user-friendly.

vs Alternatives

I considered other AI video creation tools, but I chose Creatify because I liked the variety of video creation options and the ability to create product-focused videos in one platform.

It is awesome because it turns my raw ideas into scroll-stopping videos in minutes, no editing skills needed. No need to hire actors or influencers, a few clicks then you'll have a result.

What needs improvement

I'd say add a bit more transparency around credit usage. Ideally, the number of credits a tool will use should be shown across all tools (New and old) while they're being used. Even better, this information could be shown on the pricing page or before signing up, so us users know what to expect upfront and what plan to choose

Creatify.ai has helped our production team grow by being able to take on more marketing clients and provide better creatives and campaign options faster than ever.

Our team has been using this for a few weeks now and it continues to be a great asset on a daily basis. The Ad-Flow UI is intuitive, really like the ability to create multiple assets in the same Drag-and Drop interface.

The pricing is fair, and the support team is great! I'd highly recommend it for small creative teams that want an innovative edge to help produce high quality assets and ads.

What needs improvement

Only found one thing feature to resize ads confusing, but worked with support to create a ticket for a UX feature enhancement.

vs Alternatives

We looked at a lot of competitors before engaging with Creatify.ai and so far we are really enjoying the benefits of choosing a really awesome platform.

Creatify has the ability to create several high-quality ads which are able to convert on Meta and TikTok Ads. The avatar's realism coupled with the unified voice speed and clarity makes the ads much more realistic.

What needs improvement

Creatify may improve their product by clearly defining how many credits are to be used, and integrate all of their tools on the main dashboard.

I chose Certify over Arcade simply due to the fact that Creatify is cheaper than Arcads, which is best for entrepreneurs who have low start-up capital.

The free plan is a bit limited. It would be great if more templates, exports, or AI credits were included so users can explore the platform better before upgrading.

I also looked at HeyGen and Synthesia, but I chose Creatify because it was easier to use, faster to create ad videos, and offered good value for the price.

As a designer, I use this platform to create beautiful interior scenes where I can feature my products. I could do photoshoots from time to time, but they wouldn’t deliver the same kind of versatility that I can achieve with Creatify. I’m especially impressed by the level of creative detail, along with the mood, lighting, and overall look and feel.

What needs improvement

So far I am exceptionally pleased with everything and don't have any improvements to suggest. This is not to say that I didn't have questions for the customer support team because I did. However, each and every time I have reached out to them, I received a near-immediate response and a solution.

I like the interface. It was and is extremely user friendly.

What's great

It makes it so easy to create video ads for meta. I can go from idea to ad instantly and they actually perform well. It's very easy to use their existing templates or plug in my own script to generate avatar videos.

What needs improvement

no issues at the moment. it's been super easy to use and the quality is great.

Arcads

It sounds like Creatify is easier to use for a non-video editor like myself where i can take a product URL and start creating videos with the product info.

I love that I can copy and paste URL's in to help create multiple videos. Beginner friendly. creates videos quickly with multiple options for different AI Avatar's with many options for voices as well or I can create my own avatar or clone myself.

What needs improvement

Disadvantage for other people could be the no refund policy.

Multiple options for ad creation for my tiktok page and making shoppable videos.

What's great

It was super easy to get started and produced a production ready UGC video right from the start. One prompt and it was ready to roll! Honestly, I couldn't tell that the actor was AI generated. It's amazing how far the technology has come.

What needs improvement

If they had a mobile app, that would be amazing! The desktop features are definitely helpful, but doing it on the go would be a really nice feature.
