I’m really impressed with the analytics feature it seems like a fantastic way to identify content gaps in help docs. How detailed are those insights (like failed queries or unanswered intents)?

@sophie_wood It can be embedded on websites absolutely! Checkout remotion.dev or konvajs.org to see it in action :)
Does it work with private or internal documentation like content behind a login or is it just for public-facing material?
@imogen_barrett Currently public facing content but you can add Actions (APIs) that will be used by the bot for complex use cases. Happy to discuss more Imogen :)
I love the flexibility do you provide embeddings or webhooks so we can customize responses and keep track of events?
@jackson_wells Currently the AI takes care of responses. You can customise it by the system prompts though.
