why is this better than creating a spec sheet (needed in any case) and 1) open new branch 2) asign an upwork.com dev (i assume at 50% rate) 3) “apply spec sheet on branch and pull request” test pull request and check code will have to be done in any case upwork or codeninja i ve been using upwork.com with good results (not perfect )

@francoolaami Francoo, thank you for the question. You are right, if you have the skills and a bunch of time, Upwork is no different from Coding Ninjas. We work a lot with agencies and tech companies, who need to hire someone right now. For smaller tasks they can start working with someone in a couple of hours (depending on the time of the day). Full-time hires happen within 2-3 days, if the customer is ready. Customers say it's a good result, as part time hires can take up to a week to start and full time might take up to a month to find and start. Developers benefit from Coding Ninjas too. On Upwork and similar platforms they have to compete against 100's of other bidders. At Coding Ninjas they have to just pass the tests and keep up with a good work. In this case, they will be getting a log of relevant tasks and can work on whatever they want. I hope this helps.

It is a great solution for me because with Coding Ninjas I don't waste my time on extra management. Support team selects developers who are most suitable for solving the required tasks.

Good thoughts. I've worked as a freelance programmer for quite some time, back when Odesk was the thing and even before that, but started to realise that new kids offer something that old platforms don't seem to care about cause they're so big and famous. Insolvo for one claims that they use AI that helps to get a better client-pro match. Donno if it's a gimmick but so far seems to work just fine!
