How do you handle spam once a site starts getting a decent amount of traffic?

@grace_gui02 Currently, we have a basic spam filtering mechanism in place. Admins can manually filter and moderate comments through the dashboard. Additionally, if a comment receives five or more reports, it is automatically flagged and removed from public visibility.
