Finally tried CloudPulse and the cost optimization view is shockingly clear, right down to unused volumes across all three clouds. Also nice that the configuration drift alerts actually explain what changed without making me dig.

One thing that would make this way more useful for my team is a built-in cost forecasting tool that uses historical spend and planned workload changes to predict next month's bill across providers. Pulling that data together manually in spreadsheets takes hours every billing cycle.

Right now, we do have a Cost Management tab where you can view your last 6 months of historical cost data in a clean, tabular format to help track where the money went. However, building out an intelligent, predictive forecasting engine that layers that historical data with upcoming workload changes is the exact next step on our immediate roadmap.

Adding Slack or Teams alerts with custom thresholds would be huge. Right now it looks like you have to be in the dashboard to catch drift or cost spikes, and that defeats the purpose for teams that aren't glued to a monitoring tab all day.

While we currently utilize an AWS SES transactional email blueprint to send out baseline system notifications, deep ChatOps integration is a top priority for us. We are currently actively working on native Slack and Microsoft Teams webhooks so your team can receive threshold-based alerts directly where you already collaborate. The single dashboard approach is genuinely well thought out, especially being able to catch configuration drift across all three clouds in one place. Most tools force you to context switch constantly, so this feels like it was built by people who actually dealt with that pain daily.
