What i like about Closely:
- powerful in creating and configuring automated campaigns with great success in outreach, delivery and response rates (be mindful about warmup periods especially if not that active and if requesting connections also)
- helpful in finding "some" target leads contact details when not present

What i don't like:
- Power of enrichment (this could be better and more helpful)
- Tagging and notes somewhat buggy (data is not connected or accessible in every tab for the same user)

Thoughts:
- could be improved with better and also additional manual enrichment, connected data in all tabs, more customizability for the campaign steps and time schedules

Would I recommend Closely?
- Yes! It is straightforward, easy to use and connect, and gets the job done!

We have been using closely from 8 months now. Here are the things we love about it:

1. Fast Support (in this hyper world where we do not have time to slow down, closely helped us a lot)

2. It is not data hungry and let’s us track our automation even in the email outreach that we run through Closely.

3. It has onboarding videos throughout the application with templates that are most effective in outreach activities. This is also important as a startup founder I do not have a sales team and this helps me with ideas I can use for outreach.

4. The only tool I know that offers LinkedIn automation with Email outreach capabilities. As a B2B business we understand that founders might now be hyper active on LinkedIn and can miss our outreach messages. Closely helps us reach them through email as well.

5. We stopped our evaboot subscription because Closely helps us import leads directly from LinkedIn URLs.

I've been using Closely for a while and here's my pros and cons.

Pros:

• multi-channel outreach for a very competitive pricing;

• contact database extraction from Linkedin is built-in;

• ability to import data with personalized messages and add them into sequences;

Cons:

• no possibility to bring your own proxy and protect your LI accounts further.
