What's great
I really love Closely, because I can create campaigns to start connecting with people on LinkedIn and automate a follow-up email campaign without having to do it manually. Closely follows LinkedIn protocol and I have never been banned. Personally I import my leads from Sales Navigator and create the campaign from Closely. It is quick and easy to use, the customer support team is fabulous. I can also validate emails and take my campaign off LinkedIn. The trackers are really useful. You can track how many connections are sent. I would say, though, some features need improvement. Closely is my go-to tool for messaging on LinkedIn.
What needs improvement
The lead data on the campaigns are a little confusing. It would be great, when you click onto the messages from the campaign, that just the messages from this campaign show up. The tags are awesome, but It would be great, if you could select and de-select the tags when searching your network (i.e. Negative leads, that you can put them into a different folder....)
vs Alternatives
I don't know any alternatives, but with Closely I can have automated message campaigns on LinkedIn with or without having to get their email addresses, that is all I know.
Can I set granular daily limits and delays per channel?
Certainly yes!
How easy is it to manage team seats and permissions?
I believe it is easy to manage team seats, but I don't use them.
Does it support agencies with workspaces and account separation?
