Hi, Iām Sanskar creator of Click2Contact.app
I created click2contact out of frustration š¤ of losing a customer, i use to use messenger chat and i got a message "I'm trying to buy your extension using paypal, but it doesn't work. When i confirm.... i replied yes ...are you there after 20 min and i never got a reply.
This user was using guest option, i searched and major of the chat plugin have option to accept email to reach back..
I thought do i want to send a mail to this much hot lead which might just end up in spam.... š¤
& Leaving the chance to 14-23% which is what average business mail open rates are (search on google yourself) does not sound good.
I thought there must be a better option and then i saw these chat widgets having option to click 2 contact on whatsapp on producthunt
I thought yes i want this but not all use whatsapp and even if they do some might not want to be connected there so i started building list of most used platforms and that's how click2contact was born.
