I built Cleeen because I constantly struggled to keep up with laundry while juggling a busy schedule, and I realized many of my friends faced the same frustration. We wanted to give people their time back by handling the entire laundry experience, from pickup to professional cleaning, ironing, folding, and doorstep delivery. We initially launched as an on-demand marketplace that connected customers with independent laundry providers. However, as we grew, we discovered that inconsistent cleaning quality and operational issues from third-party partners were affecting the customer experience and the standards we wanted Cleeen to represent. Rather than compromise on quality, we evolved into an end-to-end managed operation by building our own laundry hubs and controlling the entire process ourselves. This shift allowed us to deliver consistent service, earn customer trust, and successfully scale our operations across more than 20 cities.
How does the turnaround time actually compare to just dropping things off at a local laundromat, and is there a minimum order or subscription required?

For most orders, our turnaround time is comparable to or even more convenient than visiting a local laundromat because we eliminate the need for you to drop off and pick up your laundry yourself or the hassle of leaving your home or office to do laundry. We pick up your laundry through our logistics team, professionally clean, iron, fold, and deliver it back to your doorstep, so you save both time and effort. We also offer both one-off orders and subscription plans, so there's no subscription required. If you only need laundry occasionally, you can book a single service. For customers with regular laundry needs, our subscription plans provide better value, scheduled pickups, and a more seamless experience.
How do you handle the pickup windows on busy weekends, and is there any extra fee for same-day returns or rush jobs?
Turnaround was faster than I expected and everything came back smelling fresh, no mystery wrinkles. Going to use it again next week instead of dragging my hamper to the laundromat.
