Hi Product Hunt, I'm Krystian. I kept refreshing Claude's usage page, wondering how close I was to the limit. So I built a menu bar app that keeps those numbers in view. Claude Usage Bar shows two small bars for your 5-hour and weekly limits. Click it for: • each limit's usage and when it resets • per-model weekly limits and extra usage, when your plan has them • a history chart, from the last hour to the last 30 days • a notification when a limit passes a percentage you pick You sign in with your Claude account in the browser, so there's no API key or cookie to paste. The app only talks to Anthropic, for your usage, and GitHub, for updates. Your data stays on your Mac, and the code is open source (BSD-2). It's an independent project, not affiliated with Anthropic.
