@_jacksmith Will do. We originally started working on Desk.com, but put it on hold in favour of Help Scout as we've received a few more requests for it. But it's next on the list after Help Scout. It looks like we should be able to do a full implementation on Desk.com. Thanks.

This product sounds great. I have a product GETset (a location sourcing website similar to airbnb for film and TV) The problem is the site can only handle 1 currency we haven't got round to multiple currencies yet. would your product work within my marketplace?
