I'm Arvind, co-founder of CertifyALot — building alongside Arul and Sabari from Chennai.
We built this because we kept seeing the same painful pattern repeat itself across trainers and coaching institutes.
Batch ends on Friday. Students start messaging — "Sir when will I get my certificate?" — by Saturday morning. And the trainer is still at their desk Sunday night, opening Canva, typing names one by one, exporting PDFs, renaming files, sending individually. For 80, 100, sometimes 150 students.
