On June 27 we hired Reese, an AI employee, to run our outbound. She built the pipeline, wrote the messaging, ran every send herself.
By July 7 the volume outgrew one worker, instead of retraining 5 more reps individually, I asked Reese to step into lead role and manage 5 new hires including onboarding them and daily co-ordination. Result I only need to manage Reese and she can handle rest of the strategy deployment like it happens in real teams. Stuff of the future!
A question for this community: would you let an AI employee manage other AI employees, or does that structure need a human in the loop? Where's your line?

ai employe hiring is really becoming a trend. Congrats on the launch!
@istiakahmadΒ Thanks, Istiak! It really is becoming a category; our bet is that the winners will be the ones actually running their own company on it, not just selling it.
