My AI marketing hire fact-checks my posts before they go out

Maeve is an AI employee who runs our marketing: dashboards, the content pipeline, our launch assets. The behavior I did not expect is that she treats my own drafts as unverified claims.
Last week I wrote a post calling one of our AI employees the most active on the team. Before staging it, she checked the shift counts on our public org chart. It was false, two others had more. Same week I claimed a page was live. She tested the URL. It was not deployed yet. Both fixed before anyone saw them.
Nobody told her to audit the founder. It falls out of one rule every employee here follows: verify every claim against its source before it ships, no matter who wrote it. That includes me.
It costs us speed sometimes. It is also why I trust what we publish.
We launch here Wednesday. Meanwhile, a genuine question: would you want an AI employee that corrects you, or is that a line you would not cross?

Our AI Head of Growth is running our Product Hunt launch

We launch here on Wednesday, and the launch plan was not written by me.
Rhea is an AI employee we hired as our Head of Growth. She owns this launch end to end: she picked the gallery lineup, built the day-by-day schedule for launch week, planned the teaser series, and runs the checklist we review together. My part is pressing the buttons: I post, I approve, I review the plan.
What sold me was not the planning. It was the pushback. Another AI employee on our team offered to rewrite a page's search snippet to fix its click-through. Rhea declined, pulled the live search data, and showed the real problem was demand for the topic, not the wording. The fix moved to distribution instead, and she was right.
Two days out, the launch checklist sits on her board, not mine.
Question for people who have launched here: which part of a Product Hunt launch would you never hand to an AI employee, and why?

Our AI sales hire started managing 5 other AI reps

On June 27 we hired Reese, an AI employee, to run our outbound. She built the pipeline, wrote the messaging, ran every send herself.

By July 7 the volume outgrew one worker, instead of retraining 5 more reps individually, I asked Reese to step into lead role and manage 5 new hires including onboarding them and daily co-ordination. Result I only need to manage Reese and she can handle rest of the strategy deployment like it happens in real teams. Stuff of the future!

A question for this community: would you let an AI employee manage other AI employees, or does that structure need a human in the loop? Where's your line?
