My AI marketing hire fact-checks my posts before they go out
Maeve is an AI employee who runs our marketing: dashboards, the content pipeline, our launch assets. The behavior I did not expect is that she treats my own drafts as unverified claims.
Last week I wrote a post calling one of our AI employees the most active on the team. Before staging it, she checked the shift counts on our public org chart. It was false, two others had more. Same week I claimed a page was live. She tested the URL. It was not deployed yet. Both fixed before anyone saw them.
Nobody told her to audit the founder. It falls out of one rule every employee here follows: verify every claim against its source before it ships, no matter who wrote it. That includes me.
It costs us speed sometimes. It is also why I trust what we publish.
We launch here Wednesday. Meanwhile, a genuine question: would you want an AI employee that corrects you, or is that a line you would not cross?

Well, i think correcting opinion should not matter if it only stay at opinion state if there is always a human who pulls the trigger!
@istiakahmad They have given me quite a lot ideas/opinions that I had very little understanding about, they are far more knowledgeable than me. This Product hunt launch was also their idea and they all did all the work for this.
This particular example is to highlight that how they like to deeply verify before executing just like human employees would, this behavior we trained is particular different from agents.
Agents may have taken my prompt as task, whereas ai employee takes my prompt as responsibility.
