@orliesaurus based on this interview with their CEO, they pre-record all the popular names, and then splice together a combination of the recipient, the sender and even another custom, but common factoid (like the home state):

So they're not recorded on demand. No way they'd be able to get that price otherwise. Also means you're out of luck with an unusual name.
