What do you think? …

Nedim
I've had this idea for some time where a device camera is used to track finger movement, and that can be a little game for wrist exercises, especially carpal tunnel prevention exercises. I built this in a weekend; it's FREE to use, with no hidden cost/ ads. I hope you check it out. Feel free to comment your thoughts, and let me know what you think. It's my first app in the medical sphere, and hopefully, it's just a start because I like building apps that can make life a little bit more enjoyable.

This sounds like a great tool, Nedim! How accurate is the hand motion tracking, and does it require any specific camera setup? Are there plans to add more exercises or gamification elements to keep users engaged? I'm excited to see how this can help with carpal tunnel prevention and general hand health. I don't have it yet, but it's good to know that you got me covered 😁
Nedim
@kyrylosilin hey thanks for replying, hand tracking is pretty good since it’s utilising on device recognition. Camera recognises joints and I track when they are in extended or not extended state. It’s really basic exercises that can be found on web. I’ve just added some gamification experience to it with progress bars for given time lengths.

This is something underrated and much needed. Congratulations on the launch!

Amazing work on your app! The concept of a game for wrist exercise is both fun and useful.

I actually just started experiencing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome for the first time this week. If these exercises can really help prevent it for computer users, then this is definitely an app I'd be interested in!

I used to suffer from carpal tunnel when I was in my teens (scary). Definitely good to get on top of it if you're seeing signs.
Nedim
@rrhoover yeah, that’s why I build the app. Signs of this are really scary and I don’t want to do nothing about it, getting reminder to exercise every morning for me has been quite improvment.

Love the app but am confused on the word Pinch. If I am holding the camera with one hand how do I pinch the other finger. Maybe use Pinch Thumb😊
Nedim
@rmagrino yeah, you can put your phone down and set camera to look up. Also it’s one hand by session.
