Canva is a great tool for creating graphic designs quickly and easily, especially if you don’t have advanced design skills. It offers a wide range of templates, fonts, and images, which makes designing professional-looking graphics accessible to beginners and pros alike. The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, saving a lot of time compared to traditional design software. However, Canva might have some limitations if you need highly customized or complex designs, as it’s more template-based. Also, some premium features and assets require a paid subscription. Overall, it’s perfect for social media posts, presentations, flyers, and simple branding materials.

Canva been my go to for quick, clean designs especially when I’m on a tight deadline. Super handy for social posts, pitch decks, and even client mockups.

Honestly, I can’t imagine my workday without Canva. From designing job postings and onboarding kits to running online engagement events and creating impactful presentations, Canva is my go-to tool for everything. It’s like having a design team at my fingertips, helping me turn every idea into something visually engaging and professional.

I love using Canva, I use Canva pro a lot and the features like (grab text) or (Expand image) I love using these features and if I made a mistake to one of my designs I can go in there grab the text and fix it. Say if I had generate a mockup using AI and usually the results never always be perfect and using that tool helps a lot to fix errors. Expand image is another tool I love say if I have a square logo but want to expand it to a cover banner. This tool is perfect for that!

I'm using it very regularly for the last 2-3 years, their recent MCP connector with Claude is super awesome and easy to use. Earlier my website was on Canva but it had single page restrictions, now I've moved to Gamma. Their Document AI is hopeless and not very user friendly.

Considerate to offer a free plan, both the free and paid plans are outstandingly useful. I always to go back to Canva for much needed basics while incorporating my own assets. For professionals using this daily or weekly, a paid plan is well worthwhile. It's useful. I do wish adding new Google Fonts were a free feature; they are already free, and can be incorporated to any PC and other software; leaving it out of Canva makes people find alternatives.
