Canva is my design sidekick for everything from last-minute posts to full-blown campaign decks. As a brand and social media manager, it saves me from waiting on design revisions—I can jump in, tweak visuals, and stay on brand in minutes. The templates and Brand Kit make consistency effortless, especially when I’m juggling multiple accounts. What could be better? The file organization still gets messy fast, especially with shared folders. But honestly, Canva makes me feel like a designer without having to be one—and that’s its real magic.

As an administrative professional, I frequently work on written content and visual materials. Canva helps me create cleaner, more engaging designs without needing advanced design tools. It saves me time and makes my daily work much more efficient.

Have a creative side? Then this app can help you create stunning visuals. The only thing that might hold you back is the premium subscription, which includes all the major templates and designs.

Canva is a great go-to for quick visuals. Even for devs, it’s perfect for whipping up landing page graphics, pitch decks or social posts without opening heavy design software.

One of Canva’s biggest strengths is its versatility—you can work on designs alone or collaborate with a team in real-time. The free version is generous, and the paid plan unlocks even more assets and features, like a background remover and a brand kit.

Great for quick visuals and social posts, but feels limited if you need advanced design features.

I love Canva's capabilities, but had trouble getting off the ground without watching hours of tutorials.

I use Canva regularly, and I love how easy it is to create professional-looking designs quickly, even without much experience. The templates and drag-and-drop features are super helpful. Sometimes, the free version limits access to certain elements, and complex designs can feel a bit restrictive. Still, Canva is an amazing tool for both beginners and pros.

Canva has been part of our stack for 10 years plus now, it's the easiest place to get designs done. The new AI suite actually is surprisingly good, I'm referring to the one that just launched in the last month or two, mid-2025. The previous AI features were hard to access and use, but the new ones work really well. I don't feel we would cancel Canva anytime soon. Even though we have our own AI features inside of our software, Jaydus AI.
