The idea came from watching small businesses and service providers constantly miss calls — potential clients, customer inquiries, even repeat buyers — just because they were too busy to pick up the phone. Most “AI call” tools out there felt robotic, hard to set up, or required complex integrations. So I built Callora to be simple, natural, and instant. You just upload your company’s knowledge base or FAQ, connect your phone line, and the AI starts answering like a real receptionist — no scripts, no training required. While building, I focused on making the experience human-first: smooth voice, brand-aligned tone, and the ability to actually understand context. I am starting with smart call answering and FAQ handling, but my roadmap includes seamless calendar booking and CRM integrations too.
