What needs improvement

Calendly help my scheduling for external meeting (1-1 session, catch-up call). Just share a link, people pick a time, and done. It saves a lot of time and works well with calendars and video tools.

So far, one of the best picks!

It’s great for scheduling, but it could do more after the meeting is booked. Things like smarter follow-ups or automatic notes would make it even more useful.

The process of integrating with zoom was a little tedious for me, but otherwise the app is really easy to use and saved me tons of time. You simply share a link with colleagues and they can pick a meeting date and time based on your up to date availability.

Its made for people who want office hours bookable at any time. Its really hard when you want to have defined meeting times which can be booked by anyone. Not to say that its impossible its just hard and it really shouldn't be. Still its a pretty good app and hope they keep improving it.

It is good. I use it every day. But it sometimes gets a bit complicated specifically if you are trying to use multiple calendars and then trying to schedule a meeting with multiple parties. I think it has room for improvement and new innovation ...

Features are top notch, round robins and it's features are superb, the only part lacking is complete customization on the ID-fields, and language settings. Otherwise can fully support this wonderful tool :)

Pretty late for using Calendy, but I absolutely love it. The Zoom integration is super easy to set up, and the free option great for setting up 30min-1hr meetings.
