Review Cal.com?
Reviewers mostly praise Cal.com for a clean, simple interface, easy setup, and smoother scheduling than Calendly and similar tools. Repeated strengths include strong calendar integrations, support for multiple calendars and time zones, embedding on websites, and flexible customization through self-hosting and an open API. A few users also call out helpful support and built-in video calls. The main complaints are inconsistent support, gaps in Microsoft integration, downtime, and confusion over which features are truly open source, with one reviewer strongly criticizing feature paywalling.

Used Cal for a bit now, and I prefer the easy to schedule as well as integration with M365 and other apps. The landing page to schedule a meeting is no jazz, simple and does the job. The backend setting allows users to customise with third party app developers and integrate the scheduling, payment with Stripe and workspace with either Google or Microsoft, all comes together. Very few or none out there on the product market are at par with Cal.com. Can't wait for Cal.ai to be in hands for general availability.

A Game Changer for Scheduling
I've been using various scheduling applications over the years, but CAL has completely revolutionized my experience. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and visually appealing. It's incredibly easy to manage multiple calendars, set reminders, and coordinate meetings across different time zones. The app's seamless integration with other platforms like Google Calendar and Outlook is just the cherry on top. This is a must-have tool for anyone looking to stay organized and efficient. 5/5 stars, hands down because of its inbuilt video conferencing tool called as Cal Video.

I really like the UX and ease of the product but have faced a challenge with cal video experience:
Pro:
- The scheduling page looks quite decent and the best part is in the free plan, branding is removed which makes it better than Calendly
Con:
- Whenever I start the meeting, it always shows an error for the video with an error. I have to always close all my browser tabs and then it connects to the FaceTime cam. Not sure if it with me or with other folks.
Cal.com is proving invaluable in streamlining my workflow, especially in the areas of hiring, scheduling sales calls, and managing my daily juggling of tasks. By integrating all my calendars, it ensures I never face double bookings. Its feature to set repeating schedules is a lifesaver, letting me block out specific times for calls or interviews. Sharing my personal Cal.com link simplifies the process of arranging meetings, as it allows people to choose times that work mutually. This tool truly enhances efficiency and coordination, making it an essential part of my daily business operations.
Great feature. However, as cal.com can still not connect to MS Exchange 2019 calendars, this renders the whole service unusable for everyone using a current version of MS Exchange... 🤔 I'd prefer they allowed people using their service in the first place, before pimping it with nice-to-have features.
Scheduling user interviews became 10x faster (and cheaper) after switching to Cal. Many links, all customizable, I still don't know how it's free. I used to use Calendly before, and even tried Google Calendar in between for a bit – but Cal wins for simplicity.
I recently started using Cal.com, and I'm thoroughly impressed.
The app is incredibly intuitive, making scheduling a breeze.
The design is sleek and aesthetically pleasing, which adds to the overall experience.
What truly sets Cal.com apart is the generous free plan, offering features that many other services would charge for.
Plus, the customer support is outstanding—quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
I highly recommend Cal.com to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly scheduling solution!

First I have to say, that being Open Source makes Cal.com 100x superior to anything on the market. And second, the platform is beautiful, sleek, and super intuitive. I got up and running in less than 5 minutes. I signed up, and 3-5 minutes later I was sending my link already. I feel that I found the right app for the next decade. Keep up the good work guys.
