When you add a measurable matrix based off of subjective inputs, which is obviously what the demo suggests this software does, it doesn’t eliminate bias, nor nullifies it. It just makes existing biases literally systemic.

@mattcharney Thank you for the feedback. The software enforces to add measurable number matrix against the feedback, which in turn does not allow to have a biased choice. A biased opinion most of the time does not have supporting numbers. Also C2 allows to have more than one feedback, hence minimised any sort of biased opinion which one opinion can impose

Hello everyone, Diversity is about difference. Today’s workforce is a mosaic of ethnic groups, religions, genders, physical abilities, sexual orientation and lifestyle. Organizations which embrace equality and diversity understand that each and every one of their people is unique. In a typical workplace, work done by a resource is normally evaluated based on feedback from supervisors or customers respectively.
