Hi Product Hunt 👋 I build WordPress sites for a living, and the part that always ate the schedule was never the code — it was the calls. Discovery call, kick-off call, weekly sync, then a re-scope after the price had already been agreed. A landing page that takes two days to build takes three weeks to deliver. By Friday is that job with the meetings taken out. You upload a design, tick the sections you need, and a calculator gives you an estimate in about a minute. I read the brief the same working day and confirm a fixed price in writing before anything starts. The site is live within five working days, and the price never moves after you have accepted it. Five days only works because nothing is improvised. Every site is stock Gutenberg plus four plugins I write and maintain myself — a block library, a form builder, a content-type builder and a translation layer. No Elementor, no Divi, no thirty-plugin stack. On one demo build, rebuilding a page-builder page moved Lighthouse from 42 to 98 and shipped JavaScript from 1.4 MB to 180 KB. Two honest notes, since this is Product Hunt and not my landing page: This is a service, not a SaaS you can sign up for. The product underneath is the four plugins; what I am launching is the way they are sold. The four builds on the site — Aveline Aesthetics, Marlow & Pine, OSSEA and Thornwick Law — are my own demo builds, not client work. I am new at this. I would rather say so than dress a demo up as a case study. What I would really like feedback on is the quote calculator: it is meant to produce a real number in 60 seconds without a call.
