BuyerWatch: Turn social discussions into paying customers

Hi Product Hunt, I built BuyerWatch because finding qualified prospective customers on social channels like Reddit and X is currently broken. Every day, founders and buyers actively discuss software problems and ask for product recommendations ("what is the best tool for X?", "is there a good alternative to Y?"). Traditional alert tools rely on basic keyword matching. That approach floods your team with 90% irrelevant noise, complaints, and self-promotional spam, forcing you to waste hours manually sifting through feeds. We built BuyerWatch (https://www.buyerwatch.co) to solve this: • AI Intent Scoring (1–100): Analyzes post context to distinguish actual buyer intent and active evaluation from promotional broadcasts and noise. • Universal Community Monitoring: Monitors conversations across Reddit and X globally, eliminating the need to guess which specific community a prospect is posting in. • Contextual Draft Generation: Produces authentic, value-first response drafts tailored to community guidelines and tone, with built-in anti-ban protections. • Direct Reply Workflow: Review, edit, and publish replies directly to reach prospects while discussions are still active.
