bum.pt is self-hosted, open-source version monitoring for real infrastructure. Track Docker images, Github repos, registries, Win apps, Helm, Terraform, and custom JSON/HTML/CSV and more: 42 sources. Current vs latest, release notes, EOL signals, CVE enrichment (OSV, NVD, GitHub). Scoring for patch priority. Free Community: 25 items on GitHub (Berg-io/bumpt). Pro: AI, webhooks, SAML/OIDC, REST API, MCP, audit logs. TV/NOC mode. Docker Compose.

Hey PH 👋 I’m Berg-io, and I built bum.pt.
I made it because I wanted a simple way to see what’s running where—Docker images, packages, and the rest—and how far I am from latest and known issues, without living in spreadsheets or handing my inventory to a hosted vendor. bum.pt is a self-hosted dashboard: I can track versions, add context (environment, exposure, criticality), and get a clearer view of risk and what to upgrade next.

It’s open source—built for people who run their own stack and care about visibility on their own terms.
I’ll be here all day to answer questions, help with setup, and hear what you’d want next (sources, CVE depth, workflows—anything).
Question for you: how do you track versions across prod / preprod / dev today?
Thanks for taking a look 🙏
