Hey everyone! I'm excited to share Buddi, your AI-powered learning companion—inspired by the Feynman Technique and grounded in learning science. I built Buddi because I noticed how easy it is to think you understand something just by watching a video or reading a summary. But real learning happens when you explain it yourself. Buddi guides you through that process by letting you write your own explanation and instantly giving targeted feedback on correctness, clarity, and completeness—so you can revise, reflect, and grow. What makes Buddi unique is that it doesn’t just give you answers—it helps you generate them. Most AI study tools focus on flashcards or chat-based tutoring. Buddi flips the model by encouraging self-explanation first, then using AI to help you refine your thinking. This aligns with some of the most effective learning science principles, like active recall and metacognition. For this launch, I’m most proud of how natural and lightweight the learning flow feels.
