As a Bubble developer, this is the update many of us in the community have been eagerly anticipating. The challenge of maintaining separate codebases for web and mobile is a significant hurdle for founders, and this launch directly addresses that pain point.
Creating a unified platform to build, launch, and scale on web, iOS, and Android is a true game-changer. I've built several startups, and I can tell you this will unlock incredible potential for so many builders.
It's amazing to see how far the platform has come since that first launch on Product Hunt back in 2015. A huge congrats on making Bubble the ultimate no-compromise tool for innovators.

I’ve been testing the editor across several apps over the past few weeks. While the editor itself is impressive, the app performance is unacceptable.
On my Android, it takes over a minute to load and occasionally crashes the phone. On my iPhone 14 Pro, it takes about 8 seconds. These load times far exceed industry standards.
This past year you’ve been hyping up mobile and this is a beta?

@kensavage Thanks for the feedback! We've been working intensively over the past few weeks, shipping tons of bug fixes and performance optimizations leading up to today's public beta launch.
We're continuing to prioritize improvements across the board, including performance optimization. That said, we're still calling this a beta because we know there's still work to be done.
Going from 0 to 1 on native mobile is a massive undertaking, and we want to be transparent about where we are in the journey.
The team would love to hear more details about your specific use case and any other issues you encounter as you continue testing, especially anything that would help us identify and fix performance issues.

Lucky enough to have had a front row seat watching @jamesdevonport build our conference app on Bubble's native mobile... it was so quick and works super smoothly! I could immediately jump in and start editing things in the same way I would in the web editor. Great work Bubble team!

I've been playing with the new mobile editor a bit over the past couple of weeks, and it's a really promising start! As a long-time Bubble dev, it was intuitive to pick up and exciting to see functionality we've all wanted for years.
