I had a disappointing experience with this product. The heavily marketed 3D AI features fell short of expectations - the rendering was inconsistent, often producing distorted results in basic elements such as an eye that did not appear as a sphere.
What really frustrated me was the subscription cancellation process. Instead of having a straightforward "Cancel" button in the account settings, I had to navigate through multiple buried menus and confirmation screens. It felt deliberately designed to be confusing and time-consuming. I eventually figured it out but it shouldn't be this complicated to end a subscription.
