Briefd lets freelancers and agencies send consistent, professional client updates without starting from scratch each time. You fill in the progress, blockers, and next steps — Briefd formats it and delivers it. Clients stay informed, follow-up messages go down, and nothing falls through the cracks between calls.
One thing I'd love to see is the ability to schedule recurring reports on specific days, like every Friday at 4pm. Right now it sounds like each update is sent manually, and being able to automate that cadence would make it even easier to stay consistent with clients without having to remember to hit send.
the blocker and next steps fields are a nice touch, honestly makes it way easier to keep clients in the loop without rambling. pretty clean for what it does
