Daniel Kimber
👋 Hi Product Hunters! DK from Brainfish here. We’re keen to launch Knowledge Discovery, a new way to keep your product knowledge fresh without the manual grind. Here’s the problem we’re solving: product updates move fast, but documentation doesn’t. By the time a new feature ships, articles are already out of date. Confusion spreads across customers and internal teams, support queues spike, and productivity crashes. Knowledge Discovery takes a different approach: instead of asking your team to audit and rewrite content manually, it analyzes what’s changed and automatically generates precise article suggestions for you to review and accept. How it works: - You can use VIDEOS and session recordings as the primary source of truth - Upload existing videos, or record directly in Brainfish - Brainfish analyzes ALL existing docs and product context - Pinpoints what’s outdated or missing - Generates clear, ready-to-ship article updates and new drafts - You review, accept, and publish (no manual audits required) What makes this game-changing: - Prevents “knowledge base crash out” by keeping articles continuously up to date - Turns a messy doc backlog into quick reviews and one-click acceptance - Supports both customer-facing and internal enablement use cases - Builds a reliable source of truth for customers and employees Where it fits in your stack: Knowledge Discovery complements our ambient AI platform and self-generating knowledge base to reduce support load, speed up enablement, and keep your product education accurate as you ship. Real‑world applications: - Launch day accuracy: keep docs aligned with new releases automatically - Internal enablement: help teammates find the right info fast - Continuous maintenance: small updates roll in as suggestions instead of becoming a backlog Perfect for: - Teams shipping fast where docs lag behind - Companies needing to enable their internal team and their customers with always-accurate knowledge - Support and CX orgs battling repetitive “this article is wrong” tickets - SaaS products with evolving workflows and configuration steps Try it out and tell us what you think. We’d love to hear which parts of your knowledge base are the hardest to keep current — and we’ll show you how Knowledge Discovery can keep them fresh automatically. P.S. Think of this like a “Knowledge Base Nurse” for your product knowledge: it spots what’s sick, delivers the cure, and gets you back to healthy documentation without the all‑nighters. 🚀

@danielkimber Continuous updates beat backlog stress. Can I set review reminders for big launches?

Daniel Kimber
@masump thanks! You can, but we tend to find it’s easier to just upload a video walking through the launch, and then publish the recommended changes on launch day!
John Hill

@danielkimber the Brainfish implementation is going well here at Tallystone HQ. A huge thank you to you and the team! We truly believe Brainfish will be a game-changer for our impending product launch.
