Second only to our own product, I have never become such a die-hard fan of a product as quickly and deeply as I have with Brainfish. Help documentation before Brainfish looked like: hours wasted writing or recording perfectly worded help guides, fear that as soon as we made something it would become outdated anyway and there would be a mountain of rework, delays in pushing new features due to worry of how customers could navigate and learn how to use it.

vs Alternatives

We've tried multiple help documentation generation tools. They all fell down on needing us to be precise in how we described the product (unlike Brainfish being able to infer from the unpolished videos we upload) and not being able to analyse and update the existing database of help docs if functionality or terminology changed (Brainfish provides a review function).
