Super easy to use interface! I was able to add web as my second channel and chat with a Live agent without building custom code. In a matter of a couple of days I had a production ready bot. Look, I've used a lot of bot platforms and my kids even go around saying "Bots!!!" But i gotta tell ya, botcopy is really a great platform at integrating dialogflow NLU to my clients websites. it allows me to very easily brand the bot windows. My clients think I am a god. It simply works! I love the integration patterns, customization and slickness. I tried a few chat apps to leverage my dialogflow configs before landing on BotCopy. The great documentation made it an obvious pick.
