Quotations tied directly to site visits is a nice touch, saves the back and forth I usually deal with on paper. Would love to see how it handles multi-team scheduling when things get busy.

honestly this looks pretty solid for installation companies, the all in one angle is clutch. one thing that would make it even better is adding a photo or video update feature from field teams that auto attaches to the customer file, like a quick visual log of work done on site. would save a ton of back and forth over texts

That's already built into BONX. Field teams can upload photos and videos directly from the job site, and they're automatically attached to the relevant customer/project record, creating a complete visual log of the work.
