Wow, impressive product with cheaper alternatives and AI-incorporated features. Makes it very useful for automating messages, and other tasks. Doesn't look simple to built and integrating all the APIs, great work!! Goodluck for the launch. Can't wait to try it.

Great product., using it now for 5 months. By the way: it's probably the only sas-company that phoned me up to check my opinion without turning over into hard selling. The only major painpoint for me is the editor in the Article module, it's quit clunky. I don't get the need to switch between Markdown Editor or WYSIWYG editor, does anyone uses Markdown? With all that clunkyness it's a pain to paste and edit text inside that editor. Once it's pasted and some styling goes wrong, it's hard to fix it in that Article Editor. Very frustrated. I already hightlighed this to their support, but i guess it wasn't taken that seriously. I'm into WordPress, and WordPress has in recent years a big focus on it's content editor. Before that WordPress used also a clunkly wysiwyg editor. Something like that into Bolddesk would elevate them way over other competitors, and you know what: WordPress open sourced that Block Editor....

I am using the product in day-to-day basics, and it is wonderful tool to manage and track all your customer support tickets and to gain insights into your customer support performance. Bonus is their interface is clean and easy to navigate. Keep going guys..
