👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m Mendel, founder of BluOps. BluOps came from a problem I kept seeing while running a software agency: clients want visibility into what’s happening, but giving them direct access to your internal tools can quickly create chaos. BluOps acts as an operations layer on top of ClickUp. Agencies can share projects, tasks, updates, documents, credentials, and billing information through a secure client portal—while keeping their internal workspace private. Clients can communicate directly inside the portal, and those conversations sync back to ClickUp so the team can continue working in the tools they already use. We also built integrations with financial systems like FreshBooks, QuickBooks, and Xero so time logged in ClickUp can sync automatically for more accurate billing. The goal is simple: help agencies focus on doing the work while BluOps keeps projects, communication, documents, time tracking, and billing connected in one place.
