A month ago, every one of our internal team was not satisfied with the common market situation:
1. Many non-trustworthy agencies/freelancers who take money and don't care about quality. Marketplaces don't make this any easier. To counter it, we formed groups of proven internal teams.
2. It's common for customers to start with the wrong tools and have to re-start development, especially with low-code and no-code tools. This is why we consult on the best tool and use a variety of tools: from Glide to Solidity
3. Sometimes development rates may start at $100/hr., regardless of the quality of the service. Regular SMB clients simply cannot afford these price ranges, especially during recession. In order to keep prices at a really sweet spot, we mostly are working with Eastern European, Asian, and Latin American teams.
4. Many MVP bundles from different agencies can't provide a good product for a low price. These approaches usually use templates and don't care about real personalization. We decided not to put a margin here so people can start businesses without debts and use Flutter/Flutterflow for scalable apps.
5. The majority of agencies, freelancers, and marketplaces provide only one of market options: subscription, fixed price, or hourly basis. It make choice for customers even more difficult. We decided to use all of them and make them available for customers to make informed decisions.
