Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Ed, founder of NEOB Technology in Vienna. This started with a car workshop we work with. The owner is under a car most of the day, the phone rings, nobody picks up — and that customer just calls the next shop on the list. No CRM shows you that loss. It's invisible revenue walking away. Our first attempt was a chatbot on their website. It changed nothing. People with an urgent problem call, they don't type. So we rebuilt around the phone line first and treated web, WhatsApp, Telegram and email as secondary channels — the opposite of how most tools are built.
