honestly this looks super useful, especially the email forwarding part since that saves a ton of clicks. one thing i'd love to see is auto-categorizing the line items like utilities, subscriptions, office supplies etc so i don't have to tag everything manually in sheets. that would basically make it a set and forget kind of tool
@masalzw4k Good call — we just added this. BillParser now extracts a Category field for each bill/invoice, including things like utilities, water/electricity/gas, internet/phone, food & groceries, office supplies, software subscriptions, insurance, professional services, tax/government, travel/transport, and more. It’s included in the on-page result and exports too.
Love that you can just email bills in instead of forcing a upload flow. Feels like the team actually thought about how people handle paperwork in the real world.

As a personal user almost all my bills arrive by email and not necessarily when I'm sitting in front of a dashboard ready to upload files. They show up in my inbox, I can forward direct from my phone or desktop without needing to download, log in, remember the saved file name, then upload.
We wanted Bill Parser to fit into that existing flow: just forward the bill and let the structured data appear where you need it. Appreciate you noticing that.
