Finally something that handles the pdf chaos. I tossed a weird utility bill at it and it pulled out the totals and dates without me fixing anything, which honestly never happens.
Would love to see a way to set custom rules for parsing, like always categorizing a specific vendor under a certain expense category. Also maybe support for splitting one PDF with multiple bills into separate entries automatically.
honestly this looks super useful for anyone drowning in invoices. one thing that would really push it over the edge for me is supporting multi-page bills where line items span across pages, kind of a common pain point with utility statements. also maybe add a quick preview before downloading the csv so you can spot any extraction errors first.
Really useful tool for anyone drowning in monthly bills. One thing that would make it even better is auto-categorization of expenses (like utilities, subscriptions, rent) so the exported spreadsheet is ready for budgeting without extra sorting on my end.
One thing that would really help me out is letting me set custom rules for how fields get categorized in the spreadsheet, since some of my vendors label things differently and the AI sometimes puts items in the wrong column.
Tried it with a messy utility PDF and it pulled out the totals and due date without me fixing anything, which honestly surprised me. Emailing the bill in sounds like a nice lazy shortcut too.
