Good to see lot of articles. However, I was overwhelmed with lot of content. Looking for search functionality within the categories or tile format to see more article in a screen rather than scrolling down till the end

An exhaustive collection of best practices from several companies. Best practices in companies stem from experience. Parts of this experience may have been stated before, but never captured with such freshness and intensity. Can't imagine how challenging it must have been to collect such a huge database. Those interested in catching up with best practices followed by different companies should start with this massive, forward-looking, comprehensive app.

We've successfully used it at our company several times and now it's our first go-to place when facing managerial or organizational problems. Although don't treat everything that is written there as final truth, get inspired, and develop your own solutions!

@meako Great advice! Definitely don't just copy, lets say, Basecamp handbook, as it reflects their values and processes, not yours. But using a framework that works and adapting it to your company's culture and workflows will save lots of time and effort! Improvise, adapt, overcome 😊
