Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Greg, the maker of Baselift. Like many of you, I’ve been a gym goer for many many years. I’ve tried almost every app on the market to complement my lifting routine: They are great at tracking history, but aren't built for serious lifters. I found myself paying large sums of money for workout plans that while effective, were costly. I discovered AI is really good at creating these plans if you give it enough context into the things you care about from a lifting POV. Things like rep-range, lifting styles, splits, styles like dropsets or super sets etc. So, I built Baselift. I built this for myself to manage my workouts better and continue to push myself, but wanted to open it to the community after getting strong postive feedback from friends and family. Baselift is specifically designed for personalized plans and progression. 1. You go through an onboarding flow to help the product understand more about you and your lifting/exercise history. 2. Once you want to make a plan, it asks a series of hyper-specific (optional) questions to refine your plan to match your lifting preferences. These are SUPER IMPORTANT and truly make a difference when the plan is created. 3. You can complete days and rank workouts, further refining the experience I have lots of plans for iteration.. think analytics, form follow along, form analyzer etc. Open to feedback and ideas! First and foremost will be converting this to a react native or swift app! I'm keeping it free for the first 90 days to assess traffic and cost but will will be integrating payment soon if costs become too high!
