I’ve tried many meditation apps and this is by far my favorite. There’s a lot of great tutorials, as well as bite size meditations for every occasion.

I was a "fidgety skeptic" and balance has taken me from a person that could barely meditate for 5 minutes to someone that meditates for 30 or more minutes per day. Their longest program is 20 minutes which is plenty to settle my mind but I find that I go back for another 10 or more minutes in the evening. By far better than any other mindfulness app I've tried and I've tried many of them.

The details of this app excite me every time. While using it, I sometimes imagine what sort of data analysis can be done to further enhance this experience.
Using it consistently feels like having a mood balancer in your hand, wherever you go. Your phone, headphones or a silent space. and you're good to go.
Depending on your situation, mood and need, you can choose the duration. (with proper easing in and out)
